The hotel had spacious rooms with comfortable beds, but the condition was not as showcased in the web pictures. The service by the pool staff was very cooperative, although there were some coordination issues. The location was decent, with easy access to bus routes for budget-friendly transportation. The dining experience lacked variety and cleanliness. Overall, a mixed experience with room for improvement.

The hotel's rooms, although little, were in place after we complained about the bad smell, giving a prison-like impression. The service staff, especially the supervisor Ilyas and reception staff Arefa, were very helpful and friendly, except for the supervisor's absence when we needed assistance with a refund request. The location was convenient, offering easy access to the beach, restaurants, and transportation services. The dining options were basic and charged extra for most items. The facilities overall were average.

The hotel has some drawbacks like the rooms smelling and looking prison-like, being small without facilities or reliable internet, and having harsh white lights. On the bright side, the service, especially from Supervisor Ilyas and receptionist Arefa, was excellent with helpful staff printing boarding passes. The location offers convenience for travelers needing transportation advice and being near public amenities, but it suffers from cleanliness issues and noise from a nearby mosque. Overall, there are noticeable positives and negatives to consider.
